Flora Ginseng Rooibos is an organic, caffeine-free blend that contains 60% Panax ginseng, also known as Asian ginseng, the most potent of all ginsengs, along with aromatic rooibos.
Ingredients: Rooibos leaf, lemongrass herb, asian ginseng root (panax ginseng), eleuthero root, lemon myrtle leaf (backhousia citriodora).
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to a boil. Pour over a bag of Flora Ginseng Rooibos and steep 4-5 minutes to desired strength. Squeeze bag gently and remove. Hot or iced, this is a sublime thirst-quencher.
