International air shipping is using regular post and/or express service. Shipping is calculated by weight; Tracking is included in ALL orders to the US. Express service is ONLY included in orders to the US above 2 kg (4.4lb) NT WT. Tracking is included in orders to the UK, AU and the rest of the world, above 2 kg (4.4 lb) NT WT; NT WT means weight without packaging materials.
Liability on delivery dates are the SOLE responsibility of the postal services in origin and your local postal services. Liability on delivery IS NOT responsibility of nativo.ecrater.com
Processing time takes 3 business days. *Exceptions may apply. **Covid 19 restrictions have increased processing time by one more business day making a total of up to 4 business days. Delivery takes from 7 to 20 business days to USA, 15-35 business days to EU and 25-45 business days to the rest of the world. These estimations do not apply to Exports Category/Bulk order products. All products are packaged with high quality ecological standards at our facility. Parcels are subject to customs inspections at port of entry and manipulation by postal personnel. nativo.ecrater.com CANNOT be held responsible for damaged articles or seizures by your country’s officials. Customs declaration and all the documents related to the shipping are included. However it is possible that some countries require additional information from the customer or tax payments at customs in order to clear the shipment.
In these cases the customer is fully responsible to provide any documentation or payment at customs. In all cases, shipping costs ARE NOT refundable. If the shipment is refused or ignored by the customer, local postal services will make contact again within the next 10 days or more in order to arrange another delivery date. Failing this, the item will be returned to our address. Should the address provided by the customer be incorrect, the item will be returned to our address. Should the customer require the item again, the customer will pay for all further costs incurred. Product and shipping costs ARE NOT refundable. Customers are responsible to inquire about prohibited products within their countries. If a customer’s order is rejected by customs because the products are restricted or prohibited, our company WILL NOT refund any money and/or product. If you have any complaints regarding our services or products you must first contact us. Any dispute will be resolved within 15 business days following acknowledgment of your claim.
If no resolution is reached at the end of this 15 business day period, the claim will be found in the customer's favor. Note that regarding shipping issues, you must deal directly with the Postal Services of your country. For customs issues, you must deal directly with your local authorities. We have authority to pursue claims regarding shipments or customs only when issue occurs within Canadian/Peruvian territories.
Any legal disputes related in any way to products you purchase through nativo.ecrater.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Canada or Peru (main warehouse). Arbitration shall be conducted under the rules of the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce in Canada - Office of Consummer Protection or Peru - INDECOPI (Instituto de Defensa del Consumidor). The Arbitrator's award shall be binding. Furthermore, any legal dispute shall be resolved under Canadian Law or Peruvian law in court.
