Ingredients: Organic elderflower tea 50%, organic lavender 15%, linder 13.6%, organic rosehip 10%, honey natural flavor 5%, organic rose 3%, marigold flowers 2%, organic honey 1.4%
Preparation: Bring water to boil, and pour over the tea as soon as it reaches boiling. Over-boiling will cause oxygen to be reduced, making the tea taste “flat”. Brew 6-8 minutes or to desired taste.
