Provence herbs are a mixture of dried aromatic plants from the Mediterranean and historically from Provence. The traditional blend is composed of thyme, rosemary, basil, savory and marjoram. They go well with grilled meats, sauces, stews, roasts, fish, pasta and tomato dishes.
