INGREDIENTS: Robusta
PREPARATION: Put 2-3 teaspoons of the ground coffee in the PhinFilter and press the sieve a little. Put the filter on a cup, pour a small amount of hot water (96-100 degrees) to moisten the coffee. Wait approx. 20 seconds and then fill the filter with hot water. Now put the lid on the coffee holder. Coffee drips from the cup for the next 5-7 minutes. Add sugar or condensed milk according to your taste. Vietnamese coffee can be served either hot or as a refreshing iced coffee.
