Ingredients: Organic cinnamon 20%, Organic ginger 15%, Organic Rooibos 15%, Organic Hibiscus 12%, Organic Licorice 10%, Organic Orange Extract 7%, Organic Nutmeg 5%, Organic Orange Peel 4%, Organic Lemon Peel 4%, Organic Black Pepper 3%, Organic Lemon Extract 3%, Organic Cloves 2%. Contains licorice. People suffering from high blood pressure have to avoid any excessive consumption.
Preparation: Bring water to boil, and pour over the tea as soon as it reaches boiling. Over-boiling will cause oxygen to be reduced, making the tea taste “flat”. Brew 2-3 minutes or to desired taste.
