Directions: Bring fresh water to boil. Pour 200ml of hot water over one tea bag. Limit use to one tea bag per day. For best results, cover cup with lid and allow tea bag to steep for 3 min. Stir and press tea bag gently with a spoon and stir well to fully release fragance.
